Job summary

Arosa in Santa Maria, CA is hiring a Caregiver for a variable-hour role to assist seniors with daily living tasks, provide companionship, and help maintain a safe home environment.

Ideal candidates are patient, compassionate, fluent in English, and authorized to work in the U.S. We offer wage-boosting incentives, pay advances, and ongoing training to support your growth in caregiving.

Qualifications

• Ability to assist with activities of daily living ( ADLs ) and provide companionship.
• Display empathy, patience and strong communication with clients and care team.
• Willingness to complete required screenings and obtain HCA registration.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with ADLs, including bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
