Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, meals, reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support with clients and families.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients, following care plans.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company guidelines during all visits.
