Job summary

Arosa is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors in the Walnut Creek area. The role involves assisting with daily living activities, meal prep, medication reminders, and companionship in clients’ homes.

Strong communication, empathy, and a genuine desire to help are essential. We assist with HCA registration, background checks in California, and provide earnings access and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Drug Screen, Criminal Background Check + LiveScans in California.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, preparing meals, medication reminders, light housekeeping, and companionship.
• Foster meaningful relationships built on trust and support.
• Communicate and document progress with the care team.
• Maintain a safe and comfortable home environment for clients.
