Job summary

Arosa is seeking compassionate caregivers to join our team in providing high-quality in-home care to seniors. We offer a caregiver referral program to boost your hourly rate, reliable pay, and a supportive, team-based environment with training and growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include assisting clients with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and documenting progress with the care team. Eligible caregivers may access benefits such as medical coverage and 401(k) plans.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and English proficiency encouraged.
• Compassionate personality with a heart for seniors.
• Willingness to complete HCA registration with company assistance.
• Able to pass Drug Screen and LiveScan background checks in California.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
