Job summary

Arosa is hiring compassionate caregivers in the San Diego area to support seniors with daily living activities, companionship, and critical care tasks. The role offers opportunities for pay raises at each payday through our referral programs and a supportive team environment.

We provide training, flexible scheduling, benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company matching, and online/in-person education. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
