Job summary

Arbor Homes is seeking a Construction Coordinator & Office Administrator to support our Operations Team, including Construction and Purchasing. You will coordinate permitting, manage office operations, and assist with employee engagement and culture initiatives.

The role emphasizes organization, multi-project management, and collaboration across functions in a fast-paced homebuilding environment. A strong admin background and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected.

Qualifications

  • Experience in construction coordination, permitting, office administration preferred.
  • Knowledge of residential construction processes preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate all permitting activities to ensure timely approval and issuance of permits.
  • Prepare, review, and submit permit applications with supporting documentation.
  • Manage permit-related documents including plots, blueprints, and energy certificates.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with municipalities and agencies.
  • Maintain accurate records and support front-end scheduling and office operations.
