Arbor Homes is seeking a Land Development Manager to lead residential land development projects from design through delivery. You will coordinate consulting engineers, utilities, municipalities, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and compliance with local regulations.

The ideal candidate has a Civil Engineering/Construction/Real Estate background with 3–5 years of relevant experience, strong project management, and excellent communication skills.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Real Estate.
• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant position.

Responsabilidades

• Lead land development projects from design through delivery with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and milestones to deliver on time and within budget.
• Review civil engineering plans and related documents to meet requirements and regulations.
• Assist in soliciting bids for all scopes of work and aid in contractor selections.
• Build relationships with utility providers and municipalities to complete work and inspections.
• Collaborate across engineering, accounting, and shared service teams.

Arbor Homes is currently looking to hire a Land Development Manager to oversee and coordinate a project team of consultants and contractors to deliver residential development projects. The job entails working in a fast paced, team environment while managing schedules and budgets over multiple projects. This position offers the opportunity to be a part of a fast-growing team and work alongside leadership while managing projects from design to delivery. What Will You Be Doing?

• Lead residential land development projects from design through delivery by coordinating consulting engineers, utility providers, municipalities, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Review civil engineering plans and other technical documents to ensure they meet projects requirements and local regulations.
• Assists in soliciting bids for all scopes of work needed for the project and perform comprehensive analysis to aid in contractor selections.
• Build strong relationships with utility providers and municipalities to complete necessary work and inspections.
• Work collaboratively across internal departments including engineering, accounting, and shared service teams.
