This 6-month contract position may extend to 12 months; strong performance could lead to a full-time role. Conversion is not guaranteed.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of permitting, land development, or planning experience.
• Experience submitting permit applications to municipal or county offices.
• Ability to read site plans, surveys, plats, and drawings.
• Familiarity with NC erosion and stormwater permitting.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and records.

• Maintain a single permit tracker for all active lots.
