• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate preparation, submission, and tracking of building and site permits.
• Obtain plans, documents, and supporting materials from project partners.
• Review permit applications for completeness and accuracy.
• Submit applications to municipalities, counties, and boards.
• Serve as primary contact between Habitat for Humanity Greater Raleigh and municipalities.
