The role ensures timely permits, inspections, and smooth project progress from sale to completion.

This entry-to-mid-level position invites candidates with scheduling, dispatching, or permitting experience to apply. Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize deadlines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Professional demeanor when communicating with customers and municipalities.

Aufgaben

• Obtain permits from local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Submit permit applications accurately and timely.
• Track permit status and proactively follow up when necessary.
• Schedule required inspections with municipalities and utility providers.
• Coordinate permit revisions and corrections when required.
• Maintain accurate permit records and documentation.
• Ensure all permit-related information is entered and maintained within company software systems.
• Monitor permit timelines and communicate project updates to management and field teams.
• Assist with project closeout documentation and final permit approvals.
• Maintain compliance with local permitting requirements and regulations.
