Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Call Center by answering inbound calls.
• Help with Installation Coordinator responsibilities when needed.
• Support Sales Department inquiries when required.
• Apply for and create payments for permits before jobs.
• Coordinate equipment inspections with homeowners.
• Conduct a review of open permits to schedule inspections.
• Schedule violation visits for failed inspections.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork.
• Participate in training exercises.
• Attend departmental meetings as required.
• Complete additional duties assigned by Operations Manager.
