C&C Heating and Air Conditioning in Roseville, MI is seeking a Permits Coordinator to assist in various tasks relating to permits and departmental support. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational abilities, effective communication skills, and a competitive team-oriented attitude.

This role includes tasks like managing permit applications, coordinating inspections, and assisting the Call Center and Sales Department when necessary. Competitive pay is offered along with a range of benefits including year-round work and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• Must be able to pass a background check & drug test.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Call Center by answering inbound calls.
• Help with Installation Coordinator responsibilities when needed.
• Support Sales Department inquiries when required.
• Apply for and create payments for permits before jobs.
• Coordinate equipment inspections with homeowners.
• Conduct a review of open permits to schedule inspections.
• Schedule violation visits for failed inspections.
• Complete accurate and timely paperwork.
• Participate in training exercises.
• Attend departmental meetings as required.
• Complete additional duties assigned by Operations Manager.
