Signarama Philly is seeking a sharp, organized Permit & Billing Coordinator to manage permit submissions and billing for multiple projects in the Philadelphia area. The role requires coordinating with sales, project management, and install teams to keep timelines intact and ensure accurate documentation.

You will be responsible for submitting permit applications, tracking statuses, invoicing upon completion, and following up on payments while maintaining compliance with local codes and landlord

Qualifications

• Experience in signage, construction, or permitting is preferred.
• Strong administrative and follow-up skills are required.
• Familiarity with Philadelphia zoning/permit processes is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel, Outlook, and project tracking tools.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player across departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit sign permit applications to city and township departments.
• Track active permits and communicate with municipalities.
• Coordinate with sales, project management, and install teams to ensure documents and timelines.
• Create and issue invoices based on completed fabrication and installations.
• Follow up on outstanding payments and maintain billing records.
• Ensure compliance with local codes and landlord criteria.
