Job summary

Signarama Springfield is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage multiple signage projects from inquiry to completion on-site in Ozark, MO. You’ll coordinate timelines, communicate with customers and vendors, and keep records accurate.

The role emphasizes exceptional organization, proactive problem solving, and comfort with Microsoft 365 and project-tracking software. Prior administrative or customer service experience in signage or construction is a plus.

Qualifications

• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• A self-starter who takes ownership and follows through.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay calm under pressure.
• Comfortable with technology, Microsoft 365, and project tracking systems.
• Previous administrative, project coordination, or customer service experience preferred. Signage, Graphic Design or construction experience is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Coordinate projects from initial inquiry through completion, keeping deadlines and next steps on track.
• Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Prepare estimates, follow up on quotes, and help turn inquiries into orders.
• Maintain accurate, timely project records, including activity updates and status changes.
• Manage incoming calls, scheduling, front desk responsibilities, and general office support.
• Juggle multiple projects and changing priorities while proactively identifying delays and keeping things moving.
