Job summary

Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service are essential, with knowledge of permitting software such as OpenGov or BluePrince preferred. Bilingual Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; two years in a building or planning department.
• ICC Permit Technician certification required or must be obtained within one year of employment.
• Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
