Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires 2 years permit processing or customer service experience.
• Experience using My Government Online preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage permit intake, processing, issuance, and close-out in My Government Online.
• Serve as primary contact for applicants, contractors, developers, and the public.
• Review licensing and insurance documentation for contractor eligibility.
• Calculate, collect, and record permit-related fees and prepare reports.
• Maintain organized permitting and plan review files and respond to inquiries.
• Perform related duties to support departmental operations.
