Cool Today - Sarasota is seeking a Permit Coordinator to join our Sarasota, Florida team. The role acts as a liaison between the company, customers and municipalities to pull and expedite permits for home services installations and build outs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years administrative experience; permitting experience a plus.
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Microsoft Office proficiency; Excel skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pull permits.
• Coordinate with the company, customer, and municipalities to ensure work is completed timely and within code.
• Schedule and verify inspections.
• Process purchase orders.
• Start to finish project administrative assistance to include permitting, submittals, contracts, change orders, subcontracts, billing, inspections and final close out.
• Responsible for company data management and record keeping systems, electronic and paper.
• Assist with service set up, dispatch and tracking.
• Setup and maintain vendor/subcontract accounts and information spreadsheets.
• Prepares reports, communications, meetings.

What Will I Do?
