Job summary

All Year Cooling and Plumbing is seeking a detail-oriented Permit Coordinator to join our Coral Springs team. This role coordinates the permit process for HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate, tracking permits and inspections, and maintaining effective communication with municipal authorities, customers, and internal teams.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel, and the ability to learn and navigate web-based permitting systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple permits and deadlines simultaneously.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with customers, coworkers, contractors, and municipal personnel.

• Provide professional and responsive communication regarding permit status, documentation requirements, inspections, and anticipated timelines.
• Maintain accurate and organized permit, inspection, and project records in accordance with company procedures.
• Review applications and supporting documentation for completeness and accuracy before submission.
• Assist with department objectives and perform other related duties as assigned.

Compensation: $18 - $22 per hour, based on experience and qualifications

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturday availability as needed

Position Summary

This role is responsible for coordinating the permit process for HVAC and plumbing projects, ensuring required documentation is complete and accurate, tracking permits and inspections, and maintaining effective communication with municipal authorities, customers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
