In this position, you will manage the permitting process from application through approval, serving as the key liaison between our company, municipalities, and third-party partners.

What You’ll Do

Permit Management & Coordination

• Coordinate and manage residential permit applications with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
• Gather required documentation from Production Management to facilitate permit submissions.
• Prepare, submit, and track permit applications, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and municipal offices throughout the permitting process.
• Follow up proactively on permit statuses to ensure timely approvals and minimize project delays.
• Coordinate with third‑party permit runners and outside consultants as needed.

Project Support & Administration

• Maintain accurate permitting records, reports, approvals, licenses, and related documentation.
• Enter and update permitting information within the company CRM system.
• Create and maintain permitting schedules and timelines.
• Prepare job packages and supporting documentation for the Production Management Team.
