Job summary

About the Role

We’re looking for a Permit Project Coordinator on behalf of our client. This is a 1‑year contract assignment and a W‑2 position. Your responsibilities will include managing and facilitating the permitting process for renewable energy facilities—including solar, wind, battery energy storage, and associated transmission and substation infrastructure—by working directly with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to obtain permits. You may need to travel occasionally to project sites and regulatory offices, and you will report to the onsite manager. Location: Juno Beach, FL 33408.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage permit applications for renewable energy construction projects across multiple jurisdictions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with local AHJs to facilitate the permitting process.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment in permitting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
• Experience with construction projects related to renewable energy, electrical utility, or major infrastructure permitting.
• Understanding of building codes and permitting processes.

Benefits and Compensation

Base salary range: $47.00/hr to $52.00/hr, dependent upon experience, qualifications, and skills.
