Job summary

Gray Hawk Land Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead right-of-way and land services for a major natural gas pipeline project in the Permian Basin, Texas. The role serves as the primary liaison between the client and Gray Hawk’s field teams, translating objectives into actionable field direction and ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will direct multi-disciplinary field teams, oversee the acquisition workflow, track progress, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing ROW/land acquisition on pipelines.
• Experience leading multi-phase ROW programs with multidisciplinary teams.
• FERC-regulated pipeline project leadership.
• Texas Railroad Commission experience in pipeline projects.
• Knowledge of Texas condemnation law and ROW workflow.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between client management and Gray Hawk field teams and translate objectives into field direction.
• Direct ROW supervisors, title staff, and field personnel assigned to the project.
• Assign parcels, set production targets, and manage the full acquisition workflow.
• Track acquisition progress and report parcel status to the client.
• Review and QC documents before submission to the client.
• Identify and resolve title defects and challenging parcels.
• Manage scope and budget; flag changes to client and leadership.
• Coordinate field logistics and travel across the project geography.
• Ensure compliance with client requirements and safety standards.
• Onboard and mentor ROW staff; promote proactive landowner engagement.
• Maintain project records in SharePoint/OneDrive and land-management databases.
