Gray Hawk Land Solutions seeks a seasoned Right-of-Way Supervisor to lead field teams across the Permian Basin on-site, directing acquisitions, negotiations, and documentation for a major natural gas pipeline project.

You will manage landowner contacts, enforce proactive standards, and coordinate with Project Manager and client to meet deadlines and budgets while ensuring safety and compliance in all activities.

Qualificações

• Minimum five (5) years of right-of-way experience, primarily negotiating pipelines.
• Minimum three (3) years supervising right-of-way agents.
• Leadership experience on FERC-regulated natural gas pipeline projects.
• Texas pipeline experience, including work with the Texas Railroad Commission.
• Working knowledge of Texas condemnation (eminent domain) law and procedure for pipelines.
• Knowledge of surface use agreements, easements, ROW, and title.
• Ability to conduct internal and courthouse title research without supervision.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Must supply own mobile phone and a computer capable of doing the job.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; IRWA certification accepted in its place.
• Available to start within weeks and work on-site in the Permian Basin.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead the right-of-way agents, land negotiators, field personnel and third-party contractors assigned to the project spread.
• Hold the team to the Gray Hawk Proactive Standard and pursue landowners proactively.
• Document every landowner contact in the project land-management database the day it happens.
• Negotiate complex surface use agreements, easements and pipeline ROWs; settle surface damages and secure access.
• Review agents' agreements and documentation for accuracy before submission to PM/client.
• Track timelines and budgets for the spread; prepare status reports for PM and client.
• Establish and maintain relationships with surface owners and agencies; de-escalate tense situations.
• Conduct or direct internal and courthouse title research; interpret and redline drawings.
• Lead the team’s field safety; sign-off on training and daily safety briefings.
• Coach and develop agents; address performance issues promptly.
