Gray Hawk Land Solutions seeks a seasoned Right-of-Way Supervisor to lead a team of right-of-way agents and field personnel on a major natural gas pipeline project in the Permian Basin. You will set direction, ensure clean, defensible documentation, and coordinate with the Project Manager and client to keep scope on schedule and budget.

Minimum five years of ROW experience and three years of supervision are required, with knowledge of Texas condemnation law and experience on FERC-regulated

Qualifikationen

• Minimum five (5) years of right-of-way experience, primarily negotiating easements for pipelines.
• Minimum three (3) years supervising right-of-way agents.
• Proven ability to lead a large team of agents and field personnel.
• Leadership experience on FERC-regulated natural gas pipeline projects.
• Texas pipeline experience and knowledge of Texas condemnation law.
• Strong understanding of surface use agreements, easements and ROW.
• Ability to conduct internal and courthouse title research.

Aufgaben

• Supervise the right-of-way agents, land negotiators and field personnel on the project spread.
• Set direction, review results, and ensure adherence to standards.
• Document landowner contacts in the project database on the day it happens.
• Negotiate surface use agreements, easements and pipeline ROW terms.
• Review agents' documentation for accuracy before submission.
• Track timelines and budgets; prepare status reports for Project Manager and client.
• Build relationships with surface owners and government agencies; de-escalate issues.
• Lead field safety and conduct training sign-off for new team members.
