Gray Hawk Land Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead delivery of right-of-way and land services on a Permian Basin project. You will serve as the primary client liaison for field operations, translating objectives into actionable field direction and ensuring on-time, on-budget, and compliant delivery across mobilization to project closeout.

You will direct ROW supervisors, title staff, and field teams, manage acquisition workflows, and report progress to the client.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years managing right-of-way or land acquisition projects, preferably on natural gas pipelines.
• Experience managing multi-phase ROW programs with schedule, staffing, cost, reporting, and field teams.
• Leadership on FERC-regulated natural gas pipeline projects.
• Texas pipeline experience including work with the Texas Railroad Commission.
• Knowledge of Texas condemnation law and procedure for pipelines.
• Knowledge of title research, easements, curative processes, and ROW workflow.
• Strong client-facing communication and client management skills.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, OneDrive and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to learn client databases quickly and travel extensively.

Aufgaben

• Serve as day-to-day liaison between client management and Gray Hawk field teams and translate objectives into field direction.
• Direct and coordinate ROW supervisors, title staff, document specialists, and other project personnel.
• Assign parcels and workloads, set production targets, and manage the full acquisition workflow to meet milestones.
• Track and report acquisition progress to the client regularly.
• Review and QC all documentation before submission to the client.
• Identify and address title defects, curative issues, and difficult landowners.
• Manage scope and budget, flag changes impacting cost or timeline.
• Coordinate field logistics and travel across the project geography.
• Ensure all field work complies with client requirements and safety standards.
• Onboard and mentor ROW agents and field staff; uphold Gray Hawk standards.
• Maintain project records in SharePoint, OneDrive, and the land-management database.
