Job summary

Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation (CEDC) is seeking a Case Manager to support residents at properties serving low‑income households, the formerly homeless, and clients with special needs. Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work or related field with 1–2 years of experience, or Bachelor's with 3–5 years of experience.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, on-site case management and psychosocial support to residents.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to promote housing stability.
• Develop individualized Housing Stability Plans and track progress weekly.
• Maintain client records with HIPAA/HMIS compliance and mandated reporting.
• Assist residents in accessing community resources and subsidies.
