Job summary

HireCare Services LLC is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to connect healthcare organizations with top professionals across multiple states. This is a fully remote role, enabling you to work from anywhere in the United States.

You will source, interview, and place candidates for clinical and non-clinical roles, manage a high-volume pipeline, and collaborate with clients and leadership to meet hiring goals. Prior healthcare recruitment experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Experience managing a high-volume recruiting pipeline.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, source, and engage qualified healthcare professionals across multiple specialties and states.
• Conduct phone interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Schedule interviews with hiring managers and client organizations.
• Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Utilize Indeed, job boards, referrals, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify top talent.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within our ATS.
• Partner with leadership to meet hiring goals and support client staffing needs.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through timely communication and follow-up.
• Develop strong relationships with candidates and clients while maintaining a high level of professionalism.

• Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while maintaining a high-quality candidate experience.
