• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques, adaptive strategies, and safety.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Maintain a safe, supportive, and respectful treatment environment.
• Provide coverage or float to neighboring sites when needed.

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Pittsfield, Massachusetts. Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) license or eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
• Previous OTA experience required; new graduates will not be considered
