Job summary

Talented Medical Solutions in Scarborough, Maine is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our 60-bed SNF in a permanent, full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule and a required weekend rotation.

You will provide OT interventions under a licensed OT, implement goals, help patients regain independence in activities of daily living, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in a short-term rehab and long-term care environment.

Qualifications

• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility for Maine licensure.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy interventions under the supervision of a licensed OT.

Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our team in Scarborough, Maine. This permanent, full-time opportunity offers a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with a weekend rotation and the chance to provide meaningful care in a close-knit skilled nursing environment.

This 60-bed skilled nursing facility provides post-hospital, short-term rehabilitation as well as long‑term and respite care. You'll have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and help individuals regain independence, maintain their functional abilities, and achieve their therapy goals.

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA/COTA) license or eligibility for licensure in Maine
