Preferred Therapy Solutions in Lenox, MA is seeking a part-time Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA/OTA) for our sub-acute and skilled nursing rehab department. New graduates welcome to apply; our 69-bed facility serves geriatric patients with OT, PT and ST, offering flexible, accommodating hours and a supportive rehab team.

You will provide compassionate therapy services, collaborate with therapists and nursing staff, and maintain accurate documentation using Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Provide therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff.
• Current Occupational Therapy Assistant license or eligibility in the state.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word, Excel; EMR/documentation experience.
• Attention to detail and timely documentation; team player.
• Be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
