Job summary

ANAC Staffing - 9100 is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist in Pittsfield, Massachusetts to help patients improve daily living skills, mobility and independence through individualized rehabilitation plans.

This permanent position offers a pay rate of $48 per hour. You’ll work with a multidisciplinary team, evaluate progress, educate patients and caregivers, document outcomes, and ensure licensure and certification requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Occupational Therapist license.
• Applicable professional certification, as required.
• Strong communication, assessment, and patient-care skills.
• Rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement individualized OT treatment plans.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, mobility, coordination, and independence.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
