Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.

• Address activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, strength, and other functional needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans when appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers regarding therapeutic strategies and techniques.
• Participate in care planning and contribute to overall patient outcomes.
• Follow facility policies, clinical standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
