Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current California OT license or eligibility for licensure.
• SNF experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide skilled OT interventions to improve functional independence and quality of life.
• Address activities of daily living, mobility, coordination, strength, and other functional limitations.
• Monitor progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with nursing, rehabilitation, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic techniques.
