Provide occupational therapy treatment under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
Assist patients with improving daily living skills, mobility, strength, coordination, and independence
Follow individualized treatment plans created by the Occupational Therapist
Document patient progress accurately and timely
Communicate patient updates with the supervising OT and care team
Support patients with safe and effective therapeutic activities
Follow facility, state, and federal guidelines
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program
Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or geriatric experience preferred
Strong communication and documentation skills
Compassionate, reliable, and patient-focused
Ability to work well with an interdisciplinary care team
Active California Occupational Therapy Assistant license required
NBCOT COTA certification required
CPR/BLS certification required
Must be able to work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist
$44–$49 per hour
