Job summary

Fidia Pharma GmbH in Monheim am Rhein seeks a Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d) to manage inquiries and orders by phone and email, maintain customer master data in SAP, process orders, handle complaints, and coordinate with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate data and timely delivery.

Fluent German and English are required, with a commercial/administrative qualification and prior customer service experience.

Qualifications

• Commercial, business or administrative qualification or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service and order processing is preferred.
• Proficiency with SAP data management and inventory basics is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries and orders via phone, email, and other channels.
• Create, maintain and update customer master data in SAP.
• Process, track and follow up on customer orders throughout the lifecycle.
• Handle complaints, returns and corrective actions using SAP.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics and Warehouse Operations to ensure efficiency.
