Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer Phone Calls and direct to appropriate person.
• Develop quotes for Aftermarket requests.
• Enter orders into SAP when PO received.
• Interface with shipping/warehouse to get urgent orders processed.
• Assign Planned Maintenance work orders from ServiceMax queue to appropriate Field Service Engineer.
• Process good receipts when parts/instruments arrive.
• Assist other personnel with other duties when demand peaks.
• Data Entry experience.
