Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team and support case managers in helping children reunite with families or obtain permanent homes.

A relevant advanced degree or a bachelor’s with applicable experience and licensure is required, with training provided on onboarding. The role emphasizes collaboration with court systems, strong managerial skills, and a commitment to empowering staff to advocate for children and families.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in social work or comparable human services field or a bachelor’s with four years of direct service or case management experience and BSRB licensure.
• Strong supervisory and leadership abilities to empower staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to reunite children with families or find permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and case managers to coordinate services.
• Guide staff to strengthen advocacy for families and improve outcomes.
