Job summary

TFI Family Services, Inc. is seeking a dedicated full-time Supervisor to lead the Permanency team. You will guide case managers and support staff in helping children reunify with families or secure permanent homes, working closely with court systems to coordinate services.

The role requires an advanced degree in social work or a related field, or a bachelor’s with four years of direct service experience and licensure. Training will be provided to ensure success in this position.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant direct service experience and licensure.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating case management activities.
• Licensure in BSRB or equivalent where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support case managers and support workers to reunite children with families or find permanent homes.
• Collaborate with court systems and other case managers to ensure services are delivered.
• Support staff development and empower teams to advocate for children and families.
