Responsibilities include delivering units of service such as Child Profile, Child Preparation, Family Profile, Placement, Finalization and Post Permanency Services, to promote timely permanency. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with at least one year of experience in child welfare or closely related field.
• Excellent writing, communication, organizational, and computer skills required.
• Travel and some evening hours are necessary; valid driver’s license and use of personal automobile required.

Responsibilities

• Work through the Statewide Adoption and Permanency Network (SWAN) to deliver SWAN units of service including Child Profile, Child Preparation, Child Specific Recruitment, Family Profile, Placement, Finalization and Post Permanency Services.
• Complete all assigned units of service according to established benchmarks and timeframes to promote timely permanency.
