Job summary

Gladney is seeking an experienced Adoption Coordinator to manage the Statewide Adoption Network (SWAN) and Post-Permanency Services. You will support families before and after placement, maintain records, and complete required benchmark reporting.

The role requires a social work background, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel for community outreach and meetings. Remote-friendly with occasional in-person duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or closely related field required; MSW strongly preferred.
• State social work licensure preferred or may be required depending on caseload.
• Experience providing SWAN adoption and family services.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SWAN and Post Permanency Services programs and maintain records.
• Complete SWAN benchmarks, child and family profiles, and finalization services.
• Manage an adoption caseload and support program expansion.
• Attend adoption events and represent Gladney in professional settings.
• Provide statistics and reports on SWAN activities as needed.
• Provide backup support to other social work positions.
