John A. Logan College is seeking a Perkins Support Coordinator in Carterville, IL to lead the administrative, operational, and compliance aspects of the CTE Perkins grant.

You will coordinate plans, monitor activities, and work with faculty and partners to maximize program impact and student success. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's, grant and budget experience, familiarity with Perkins V/ICCB/ISBE, and strong data management, reporting, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Career and Technical Education, Business Administration, Public Administration, Communications, Psychology, English, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating programs, projects, or grants in an educational, workforce development, or public-sector environment.
• Experience working with Career and Technical Education programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Perkins Plan development, implementation, and monitoring.
• Ensure Perkins-funded activities align with approved plans, grant requirements, and regulatory expectations.
• Maintain accurate grant documentation and monitor compliance timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
• Prepare materials for audits, monitoring visits, program reviews, and grant reporting activities.
• Collaborate with departments across the College to support responsible stewardship of Perkins funds.
• Track grant expenditures and assist with budget reconciliation and expenditure reporting.
