Job summary

Northampton Community College seeks an Academic Grants Coordinator to manage the academic elements of Perkins-funded programs, primarily directing the Perkins Grant to advance degrees and credentials. The role collaborates with deans, faculty, and advisors to strengthen CTE pathways.

The position supports PDE grant implementation, local needs assessments, and SOAR/ articulation efforts, with a requirement for prior Perkins grant experience and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of local labor market and employment needs in career and technical education.
• Experience administering Perkins or similar state/federal grants.
• Excellent written and oral communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate needs analysis, market surveys, and Perkins-related research to identify viable articulation agreements.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and maintain active advisory groups with K-12 and postsecondary partners.
• Ensure PDE grant guidelines are implemented and budgets tracked for NCC programs.
