Job summary

Mott Community College seeks a dedicated Coordinator to support Perkins CTE programs, developing, implementing, and reporting requirements, under the supervision of the AVP of CTWE. The role also administers Perkins grant funds, procures instructional equipment, and supports advisory committees.

The successful candidate will liaise with college staff and state stakeholders to ensure Perkins compliance, maintain data accuracy in state databases, and provide faculty training while coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Integrity and sound judgment in handling confidential information.
• Ability to efficiently organize and manage large amounts of complex information.
• Detail oriented, well organized, and accurate.
• Strong customer-oriented services, problem-solving and follow-up.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, logic, research and documentation skills.

• Team-oriented with ability to coordinate work with others.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Perkins CTE program development, implementation and reporting.
• Administer local Perkins grant funds and procure instructional equipment.
• Support advisory committee meetings and professional development requests.
• Coordinate with project leaders and coordinators of Perkins-funded projects.
• Interface with state databases to update required data.
