Qualifications

• Understanding of safety policies and practices.
• Willingness to obtain required certifications in food handling.

Responsibilities

• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using the store tools and guides.
• Assist in training associates in proper presentation, freshness and pricing standards for perishable areas.
• Assist in training associates in safe handling of food in compliance with regulations.
• Assist in scheduling to ensure adequate coverage and workflow.
• Record perishables markdowns and analyze causes to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and adherence to sanitation schedules.
