Job summary

Qualifications

• Train associates in perishable presentation, freshness, and pricing.
• Ensure safe handling of food per regulations.
• Assist in scheduling coverage and supervising staff.
• Record markdowns and inventory levels.
• Monitor sanitation using Cleaning Schedule.
