Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in ensuring employee compliance.
• Maintain correct perishable stock levels based on store volume using various planning tools.
• Train assigned associates in stocking, presentation, freshness and pricing standards for perishable areas.
• Record perishable markdowns and analyze causes with the Store Manager to prevent recurrences.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation standards and safety policies in Perishable departments.
• Assist with other operational areas as directed by the Store Manager.
