Under the Store Manager, you will direct all functions and supervise associates to achieve sales, profit, customer experience, and engagement goals. This exempt role demands leadership in safety, presentation, and efficiency, with responsibilities from training to managing perishables operations and ensuring policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: ability to make decisions to improve business results based on data
• Ability to proficiently read, write, speak, analyze, interpret, and understand the English language
• Ability to perform basic math
• Ability to stand/walk for the duration of a scheduled shift
• Ability to engage and lead Associates to achieve store goals
• Ability to operate machines or powered equipment after training

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise all store functions with the General Store Manager

• Ensure efficiency of perishable departments by applying best practices
• Lead safety, presentation, and efficiency across store operations
• Train, mentor, and provide feedback to associates
