Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced Sr. Replenishment & Allocation Analyst – Perishables to optimize inventory, forecast demand, and coordinate with merchandising, stores, and suppliers for timely, fresh product flow.

The role is hybrid (in office Tue–Thu) at our Store Support Office in Phoenix, supporting seasonal promotions and reducing waste across perishables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5-7 years of experience in inventory planning, demand forecasting, or replenishment, preferably with perishable goods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Experience with cold chain logistics and perishables inventory management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Refine and develop forecasts by item for assigned categories.
• Daily management of system exceptions to maximize fill rates and freshness.
• Create and manage purchase orders based on demand forecasts, promotional calendars, and shelf-life constraints.
• Analyze store-level demand, inventory turns, and aging inventory to inform allocation strategies.
• Monitor expiration dates and proactively manage aging inventory to reduce shrink and spoilage.
• Ensure timely flow of goods with emphasis on cold chain integrity.
