Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in FP&A to lead planning, forecasting, reporting, and strategic finance support for the organization from our Store Support Office. Hybrid schedule in office Tuesday - Thursday.

You will partner with business leaders, build financial models, analyze performance trends, and drive budgeting and long-range planning to support executive decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related roles.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with financial planning systems (e.g., OneStream, Hyperion, Anaplan, Adaptive, SAP BPC, Oracle EPM).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes for assigned business areas.
• Support the development of annual operating plans and long-range strategic plans.
• Analyze key drivers and financial assumptions to improve forecast accuracy.
• Develop scenario analyses and sensitivity models for executive decisions.
