Job summary

Sprouts Farmers Market is seeking a Replenishment Analyst II to oversee inventory management and flow from vendors to distribution centers for designated items or categories. You will ensure store fill-rates, in-stock, turns, dwell-times, sales and margin targets are met, working with the Replenishment Manager, Demand Planning and Vendor partners.

The role is based at our Store Support Office in Phoenix, AZ, with a hybrid schedule (in office Tue–Thu).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred with a minimum of 5–10 years in produce buying.
• Ability to manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to supervise personnel effectively.
• Confidentiality of information must be preserved.
• Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manages ordering parameters to meet KPI goals (fill-rate, turn, freshness).
• Daily management of system exceptions to maximize fill-rates and freshness.
• Works directly with Inbound logistics developing cost effective routes while maintaining freshness goals.
• Partners with the Demand Planner to help drive forecast accuracy.
• Clear communicator of known issues impacting KPI achievement.
• Ability to create strategies with vendors to meet fill-rate, inventory, and freshness goals.
• Connected to the Manager of Replenishment, Category Manager, and Planning Analysts to align replenishment strategies with forecasted plans.
• Be an active participant to drive continuous improvement ideas for systems and processes.

Job Description

The Replenishment Analyst II is a key role within the supply chain organization. The Replenishment Analyst II is responsible for the overall inventory management and flow of goods from vendors into our distribution centers for a subset of items or categories. They will ensure that overall goals for store fill-rates, in-stock, turns,dwell-times, sales and margin are being met. This position will work closely with the Manager of Replenishment, Demand Planning,Category Management and our Vendor partners to ensure the appropriate timing and flow of goods needed to meet category goals.

This position is located at our Store Support Office in Phoenix, Arizona, and operates on a hybrid schedule (in office Tuesday-Thursday).

• Ability to successfully manage concurrent projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to supervise personnel effectively.
• Ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
• Sense of urgency with the ability to prioritize.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & Outlook).
• Commitment to providing excellent customer service.
• Relex or similar Inventory Management tool experience preferred
