Job summary

You will train associates in proper stocking, grading, and food handling, while monitoring perishable markdowns and stock rotations to minimize waste and maximize sales.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1 year retail experience with supervisory exposure preferred.
• Food handling certifications as applicable.
• Ability to read diagrams, safety rules, and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with perishable department inventory and merchandising.
• Maintain correct stock levels and manage markdowns.
• Train associates on presentation, freshness and pricing standards.
• Ensure sanitation and safety compliance in perishable areas.
