Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in maintaining financial integrity with cash accountability and security practices.
• Follow SOPs, employee handbook, and company communications.
• Maintain perishable stock levels using Produce Order guide, Ads/Planners, and Vendor guides.
• Train associates in perishable presentation, freshness, and pricing standards.
• Ensure proper food handling and safe storage procedures are followed.
• Record inventory levels and perishable markdowns; analyze causes and take corrective action.
• Maintain customer relations and address needs efficiently.
